This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for use of the streaming services provided by Veblot Ltd, trading as VBL Cast. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
2. Lawful content only
You may broadcast only content that you have the legal right to distribute. You must comply with copyright, neighbouring rights, licensing, broadcasting, and content laws in your country and the countries where your audience is located.
3. Prohibited content and activity
You may not use our services to transmit, store, or link to content or activity that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination
- Contains malware, phishing, spam, or unauthorized automated traffic
- Exploits minors or contains illegal adult content
- Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods or services
- Attempts to breach, scan, or disrupt our systems or third-party networks
- Uses excessive resources in a way that harms service stability for other customers
- Impersonates another person or organization
4. Broadcasting responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you stream and any licenses required for music, talk, advertisements, or syndicated programming.
- You must secure passwords for your stream source and control panel.
- You must not share account credentials except with authorized team members under your control.
- You must comply with listener limits and technical limits of your purchased plan.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We do not routinely monitor broadcasts, but we may investigate complaints, abuse reports, security alerts, or legal requests. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for serious or repeated violations without refund where permitted by law.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content streamed through our platform infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify the stream, the rights affected, and your contact information. We may remove or suspend access while investigating valid complaints.
7. Reporting abuse

8. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
