1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for services purchased from Veblot Ltd, trading as VBL Cast.
2. Subscription billing
- Streaming plans are sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected).
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Renewal charges use the payment method saved with our payment provider or the method used at checkout.
- Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes where required.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your client area:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account → Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation steps
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your service generally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at cancellation or required for abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons.
4. Failed payments and grace period
If a renewal payment fails, we may notify you and provide a grace period of 3 days to update your payment method. During this period, your stream may continue or be limited depending on system status. If payment is not received within the grace period, your subscription may be suspended and streaming access disabled until payment is resolved.
5. Refunds
Because our services are digital and provisioning begins shortly after purchase, refunds are handled as follows:
- Renewals: generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.
- Initial purchases: if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and the service has not been provisioned or used, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
- Partial periods: we do not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
- Abuse or policy violations: no refund is due if service is terminated because of a breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. EU / UK consumer withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. However, if you request immediate service activation and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once performance begins, that right may no longer apply to the extent permitted by law.
By purchasing and activating a streaming subscription, you acknowledge that provisioning and delivery of the digital service may begin immediately after payment.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of fees where permitted by law.
8. Service removal after cancellation
After cancellation or expiry, streaming accounts may be suspended and later deleted according to our internal retention settings. You should export any credentials or settings you need before service ends. We are not responsible for data loss after account deletion.
