1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.vblcast.com/ and the streaming services offered by Veblot Ltd, trading as VBL Cast (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Services

VBL Cast provides subscription-based internet radio / Shoutcast streaming hosting. Services may include listener limits, bitrate options, CentovaCast control panel access, statistics, backups, stream server provisioning, and related account tools. Specific features depend on the plan you purchase.

3. Eligibility and accounts
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may require email verification before account access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
  • Services are sold on a recurring subscription basis unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, plan features, and billing cycles are shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for initial purchases and renewals.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may provide a grace period of 3 days before suspending the service.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown where required.
5. Service delivery

After successful payment, we provision streaming resources and make connection details available in your client area. Provisioning times may vary but are usually completed shortly after payment confirmation. You are responsible for configuring your broadcasting software and content.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service for unlawful content, copyright infringement, malware distribution, spam, harassment, hate speech, or any activity that disrupts our network or other customers.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in our website, branding, software integrations, and service infrastructure. You retain rights to your own lawful broadcast content, but grant us the limited rights necessary to host and deliver your stream.

8. Availability and maintenance

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, third-party failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. We may modify features or infrastructure to improve security and performance.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in abusive or illegal activity, or if required by law or infrastructure providers. You may cancel subscriptions through your account as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veblot Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

12. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Additional information about withdrawal and refunds is provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
